How to report Rulebreakers or request an Unban

How to report a rulebreaker :

1) Create a new topic in the Ban Requests section with the abuser's name.
2) Paste in your report the following :

Your in-game name : [your name]

Name of the rule breaker(s)? :  [the name of the rule breaker(s)]

Which server was this in? : [Example: VanillaRP]

What rule(s) did they break? : [Example: RDM, PropKill, etc.]

Proof that the rulebreakers broke the rules: [Preferably a screenshot uploaded to an image hosting website ]

Any other info : [Information that you have]
